OUR STORY
A business built on belief
Hi, I'm Bailey Williams, founder of Next Move Support Coordination.
I started Next Move because I saw a huge gap in support coordination. Too often, support feels clinical or transactional, focused more on numbers than the actual person.
Having worked across almost every level of disability services, from supporting people directly to managing more than 50 participants, I've seen how much difference the right support coordinator can make.
A good coordinator doesn't just understand an NDIS plan. They understand the person behind it, what matters to them and what their next move might look like.
OUR MISSION
Take the clinical feeling out of support coordination and replace it with genuine connection, clear communication and support that feels personal.
OUR VISION
South Australia's most trusted NDIS support coordination provider, known for genuine relationships and always seeing the person before the plan.

FAQ
Common Questions
You don't need to understand everything before reaching out. But if you'd like to, here are the most common questions we get.
-
A Support Coordinator helps you understand your NDIS plan, connect with suitable providers and bring your supports together. Depending on what you need, we can help monitor your funding, communicate with providers, prepare for plan reassessments and work through issues when things aren't going to plan.
-
Next Move provides Level 1 (Support Connection) and Level 2 (Coordination of Supports). The level funded in your plan will usually be shown within your Capacity Building budget. Next Move does not currently provide Level 3 Specialist Support Coordination.
-
Open your NDIS plan and look within your Capacity Building Supports budget. Your funding may appear under "Support Coordination" or "Support Coordination and Psychosocial Recovery Coaches." If you're still unsure, send us a copy of your plan and we can help you find it.
-
You may have Capacity Building and Training in Self-Management and Plan Management available within your Core budget. This can be used to help you build the skills and confidence to understand your plan and manage your providers. Every plan is different — contact us and we'll help you understand what's available.
-
Next Move is an independent, unregistered NDIS provider. We can directly support participants whose funding is plan-managed or self-managed. We can also support some participants with NDIA-managed funding through an established subcontracting arrangement with a registered provider.
-
Absolutely not. Most people come to us because they don't fully understand their plan or know what to do next. You don't need to have everything worked out before reaching out. We'll meet you where you are, explain things clearly and work through the next steps together.
-
Yes. You have choice and control over who provides your Support Coordination. If your current arrangement isn't working, we can help you understand your service agreement, notice period and the steps involved in transitioning.
-
Yes. Next Move operates independently and does not favour particular providers or make referrals based on commissions or incentives. Our recommendations are based on your individual needs, preferences, location, budget and the quality of the service.
-
This looks different for everyone. Some participants prefer regular check-ins; others only want contact when something needs attention. We'll discuss what communication works best for you and shape our approach around your preferences, needs and available funding.
-
We'll start with a relaxed conversation about where things are, what support you're looking for and whether Next Move feels like the right fit. There's no pressure to make a decision during the initial conversation.
