NDIS Support Coordination is a service that helps you understand and use your NDIS plan.
Instead of trying to figure everything out on your own, I work alongside you to explain your funding, connect you with the right providers, and make sure your plan actually works for your life.
It’s about giving you confidence, clarity, and support so you can take your next move.
-
Your NDIS plan will include a section that lists the type of support coordination you’ve been funded for — either Level 1 (Support Connection) or Level 2 (Support Coordination).
Level 1 is more about guidance and helping you get started.
Level 2 is more hands-on, with ongoing support, provider coordination, and problem-solving.
If you’re not sure what’s in your plan, I can help you check and explain what it means in simple terms.
-
Most companies treat support coordination like just another service on the list — with admin numbers, long wait times, and participants left behind.
Next Move is different because it’s personal. You deal directly with me — no call centres, no layers of management, no delays.
With my experience working in almost every role within disability services, I know what good care looks like, and I’m here to make sure you always feel supported in your next move.

Yes.
You have the right to choose who provides your support coordination. If your current coordinator isn’t the right fit, you can switch at any time. I’ll make the process simple and stress-free if you want to move to Next Move.
-
No.
Your NDIS plan gives you choice and control. That means you decide which providers you use.
My role is to help you explore your options, connect with quality providers, and make sure your supports work for your next move.
