Hi, I’m Bailey Williams. I started Next Move because I saw a massive gap in the support coordination market. Too often, participants are left behind by companies that treat coordination as a numbers game rather than a people-first service.
Having worked in almost every role within service providers, from support worker on the frontline to managing over 50 participants and 50 staff, I’ve seen firsthand how crucial a good support coordinator is. The right coordinator can be the difference between a plan that sits on paper and a plan that actually empowers someone to take their next move. Next Move exists to close that gap.
I bring together experience, discipline, and genuine care to provide a service that is ethical, responsive, and personal. No call centers. No delays. Just clear, compassionate support designed to enhance your life and help you confidently take your next move.

My vision is to be known as the most trusted and supportive NDIS support coordination provider. I want every participant I work with to feel understood, empowered, and confident in taking their next move.
Looking ahead, I also see the opportunity to expand beyond support coordination. With my extensive background in the disability sector, I aim to support disability providers with documentation, compliance, and back-end systems — helping raise the overall standard of care and service delivery across the industry.
By focusing on both participants and providers, my goal is to build a stronger, more supportive NDIS community where no one is left behind.
