what is support coordination?

support coordination is all about helping you understand and use your NDIS plan in a way that works best for you

It’s not just about linking services - it’s about making sure you feel confident, supported and able to make your next move.

An older man is sitting on a workout bench lifting a dumbbell, while a younger man in athletic wear is standing nearby reacting to his effort in a gym with large windows and fitness equipment.
A man with a prosthetic leg doing physical therapy with a female therapist assisting him in a room with large windows and wooden ceiling panels.
Young girl with long brown hair and freckles sitting at a wooden table outdoors, holding a spoon and eating from a small cup, with a large tree and outdoor setting in the background.

  • Understand your plan and funding

  • Learn how to choose and connect with providers

  • Build your confidence so you can manage your supports more independently

  • Think of it as a helping hand to get started and feel comfortable

Psychosocial Recovery Coaching

At Next Move, recovery coaching is about more than linking services, it’s about building confidence, resilience, and independence.

With over five years’ experience guiding families through social supports, and my own lived experience of navigating an NDIS plan, I bring both professional know-how and personal understanding. This means I can walk alongside you not just as a coordinator, but as someone who knows the system from the inside out.

Together, we’ll focus on what matters most to you, whether that’s daily routines, community connection, or long-term goals, and map out practical steps to get there.
